This LEGO Goomba must be from the Nintendo Super Mario Bros series because of its 8-bit look. Frankly that’s all for the better as the era of 8-bit gaming from our Nintendo Entertainment Systems lended itself better for LEGO Mario Bros recreations like this common but lovable villain LEGO Goomba. This one must be from the underground castle levels as he is blue and green colored, unlike the more common red ones found in the above ground worlds.

LEGO 1Up Mushroom

Ahh, the iconic 1up mushroom from the Super Mario Bros fanchise series. Here it is rendered in full 8-bit glory using just plain LEGO pieces for your viewing pleasure. What’s great about this one is the accurate coloring of LEGO bricks used to make the green parts of the LEGO 1up mushroom. It’s just the right color, and looks very very tasty. As all gamers associate this godsend item with an extra life, it draws you in mysteriously and subconsciously. Use this photo as a reference if you want to make your own LEGO 1up mushroom for a prop or just for fun.

Lego Mario Kart

It’sa me! Mario! Mario from Mario Kart, that is. This wonderful depiction of a Mario Lego minifig in his classic red, white, and blue racer kart from the famed Nintendo video game Mario Kart series first appearing on the SNES, then later the N64, Wii, and even DS. Lego Mario’s Kart sports polished chrome exhaust tips flaring in the back as a race car ought, and looks fast enough to overtake any Lego creation out there. Just watch out for stray turtle shells while you take that Lego Mario Kart out for a spin, will you?
