What this recreated Star Wars Lego scene of the Battle of Hoth from Empire Strikes Back loses points in for the fact that it was photoshopped, it totally overwhemlingly makes up for it in dynamic action and realism. That background seriously looks like it was taken from the Hoth battle scene and the Rebel Snowspeeder (set #7130) really looks like it’s moving fast to battle the ominous AT-AT walkers in harsh cold Hoth ice planet. The artist took another cue from the battle by positioning one of the motorized AT-AT walker sets in the fallen position, as its legs had been tied by a Snowspeeder harpoon, ready for the picking. It just about gives the best case for allowing photoshopping for building Lego scenes if it’s going to be as faithful to the original as this one. A great job to the Lego artist (both physical with Legos and virtual with Photoshop).
